Thermal Oxidizer is one of the most effective systems to decontaminate the toxic & harmful waste gas and liquid from process in petrochemical industries.
Principle:         Based on the heat generated by combustion of supplementary fuel, the TO
                          destroys the organic toxic components containing in waste gas & liquid by
                          means of flame combustion and high temperature thermal oxidation. Equipped
                          with suitable heat recovery, flue gas treatment unit, etc., the TO realizes the
                          effect of energy saving, environmental protection.
Comprises:       Burners, Combustion chamber, Waste heat boiler, Flue gas treatment unit
                           (desulfurization, denitrification, dust elimination, hydrochloric acid recovery,
                           sulfur recovery), etc.
Applications:   Mainly suitable for decontamination of waste liquid and waste gas with high
                           organic concentration.
