Product Description
Waste Heat Boiler is a kind of boiler to produce hot water or steam by means of high temperature exhaust flue gas or liquid generated from the industrial process. 
SMDERI has been engaged in research and development on waste heat boiler for oil refinery & chemical industries for more than 40 years and obtained numbers of patents. Based on his strong R&D ability and engineering experience, SMDERI provides design, fabrication, engineering, technical supervision and EPC  contract service for the new-built project & upgrade reconstruction of waste heat boilers in the oil refinery and petrochemical plants.

Waste Heat Boiler for catalytic cracking unit with desulfurization & denitrification system
*  This type of waste heat boiler is specially designed for the catalytic cracking unit with desulfurization and
     denitrification device to match the requirement of latest environmental protection regulation, which greatly
     reduces the mission of NOx, SOx  and the catalyst dust.
*  Various types of waste heat boiler are developed based on the research and study on such key technologies
     and structures as positive pressure incineration of CO regenerated flue gas, pressure sustained by the boiler
     body, arrangement of module for ammonia spraying denitrification.
*  The ANSYS software is applied to analysis the stress, calculate the strength and deformation so as to design
     a proper seal structure and ensure the side pressure of flue gas to be over 12Kpa and a long service life.

 * Available Service: project design, equipment fabrication & installation, system testing & commissioning for new-built project / upgrade reconstruction of old boiler system.
